DOIs or URLs should be provided where appropriate and available.
6. Double-Blind Peer Review
CogNexus follows a double-blind peer review process, in which the identities of authors and reviewers are concealed from each other.
Authors should therefore prepare:
Blinded Manuscript: The manuscript should not contain author names, affiliations, email addresses, acknowledgements, or other information that could reveal author identity.

7. Authorship
All listed authors must have made meaningful scholarly contributions to the research or preparation of the manuscript and must approve the final version submitted for publication.
Guest, gift, and ghost authorship are not acceptable.
Any authorship disagreements should be resolved before submission.
8. Research and Publication Ethics
Authors must comply with recognized principles of research and publication ethics.
Plagiarism, data fabrication or falsification, duplicate publication, inappropriate manipulation of research materials, and other forms of research misconduct are prohibited.
Where research involves human participants, personal data, or activities requiring ethical oversight, authors should provide relevant ethical approval and informed consent information where applicable.
9. Conflicts of Interest and Funding
Authors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, personal, or other conflicts of interest that could reasonably be perceived as influencing the research.
Sources of financial support or research funding should also be disclosed.
10. Use of Artificial Intelligence
Artificial intelligence tools may be used to support activities such as language improvement, translation, organization, or other appropriate aspects of manuscript preparation.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors and must not be used to fabricate data, references, citations, results, or other scholarly content.
Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, citations, analysis, and conclusions of their manuscripts.
Substantive use of generative AI tools should be transparently disclosed in the manuscript, identifying the tool and explaining how it was used.
11. Tables, Figures, and Copyrighted Material
Tables and figures should be clearly numbered, appropriately titled or captioned, and cited within the manuscript.
Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted images, figures, tables, or other third-party material where permission is required.
12. Submission Process

Authors should:
-

13. Revision
Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts in response to comments from reviewers and editors.
When submitting a revised manuscript, authors should provide a clear response explaining how each reviewer or editorial comment has been addressed.
14. Author Responsibility
Authors are responsible for the originality, accuracy, ethical integrity, references, data, and overall content of their manuscripts.
